1- Avoid eating fried food

1. Gomukhasan



In this asana, keep the waist high, turn the throat and take deep breaths. Doing so will bring peace of mind and body. Come to the position of table top on the floor. Bring the hands under the shoulders and keep the knees below the hips. Inhale, bring the waist down and the chest forward. This asana reduces stress.


2. Balasan



First let the carpet or mat bed in clean air. Sit in Vajrasana posture with your feet facing the sun. Then raise both your hands while inhaling, while bending forward while exhaling. Do this exercise until your palm touches the ground.


3. Needle-thread asana



By doing this asana we can get rid of shoulder fatigue and body aches. For this, first come to the table position and bring the wrists below the knees and shoulders. Inhale and move your right hand upwards and then try to move your face away from your body. Exhale and bring the right hand under the chest, supporting the shoulders to the ground. Move the right palm upwards and try to bring the right cheek to the ground. Place the left palm on the ground and hold the breath for 5 times.


4. Anjane Asana



This exercise seems to open the leg muscles. Move your left leg backwards, bringing the knee forward with the other leg. Pull out the toes. Move your pelvis down, then lift your shoulders up and bend your upper body backwards and make an arch ((which looks like a crescent).


5. Massage the neck with the ball

With this technique you can get rid of sore throat. It makes a lot of difference in sleep. Put a thin pillow under your head while you are asleep. Make some space between the throat and the snout and then place a ball in it. Try not to get the ball out. Gently shake your neck to the right and left. Straighten the head and try to roll your throat on the ball with the neck down.


6. Beer Hugs and Snow Angle



With these two exercises we can relieve the tension in our chest, waist and shoulders. The problem of standing and sitting can also be reduced. For this, sit on your back and keep two balls between your shoulders, bend your knees and keep your feet on the ground. After doing this keep your head on the ground and inhale and exhale 4 to 5 times in the same position.


7. Kapot Asana (Pigeon Mudra)



The dove seat gives peace to the mind. Doing this asana makes you feel more at work and you can do any work well. For kapot asana (pigeon posture) you can do it first by sitting in Vajrasana or by sitting in Ustasana. While sitting in Vajrasana you take deep breaths and keep both your hands behind the waist and close to the waist. Sit in a sitting position and place both hands on the toes. Then bend your neck backwards and slowly bend your waist backwards. Then try to bring both your hands to the ground behind your feet.


8. Spinal twist



This exercise can stretch the hips and waist. Keep both feet away from each other and then move closer to each other. Try to bring the right knee to the chest. While doing this, hold your breath for as long as you can. Then lower the right knee again and twist the left leg slightly. After doing so, move the gaze to the right and left. Take 5 to 10 deep breaths while doing this.


9. Inverted asana



This seat can be used to get rid of hamstring problems. Lie on your back to do this asana. Keep both arms and legs straight on the ground. Now slowly move both legs upwards and keep the upper body on the ground. Keep both legs 90 degrees high. You can keep a pillow under the hips for comfort. Then close your eyes and stay in this position for at least 5 minutes.


10. Box Breath



This is a very effective technique. It's easy too. Go to bed first for this. 

Lie on your back and keep both your hands on your hips. Close your eyes and take 4 deep breaths through the nose and exhale. Do this process 4 to 5 times.

Health risks for vegetarians; 8.5% in Gujarat, 25.4% in Madhya Pradesh Lead cadmium in vegetables can cause kidney-heart damage


  • The Food Safety Standards Authority for the first time conducted a nationwide study and obtained findings.
  • Dividing the country into five zones, a total of 3323 samples were taken, of which 9.21% failed, only the South Zone pass.



Doctors recommend eating vegetables for everything from staying healthy to boosting immunity. However, the average 9.21% of vegetables grown and sold on the country's farms contain two to three times the amount of lead metals such as lead cadmium. This revelation has been made in the research done by the Food Safety Standards Authority of India.


This is the first time the authority has conducted such a study on the quality of vegetables across the country. The most dangerous situation in this study was found to be in Madhya Pradesh, where high levels of heavy metals were found in 25% of vegetable samples. This is followed by Chhattisgarh with 13.6% and Bihar with 10.6% of unhealthy vegetable samples.


The country was divided into five zones for this study.

FSSAI Chief Executive Officer Arun Singh has written a letter to the Union Ministry of Water Power, Environment and Agriculture appealing for appropriate action in this direction.

This is the first time such a nationwide study has been conducted. For this, the country was divided into five zones and three types of vegetables were sampled. A total of 3323 samples of leafy, vine-growing vegetables and tubers were taken. The study was conducted throughout the year and a report was prepared in the last two months. 306 or 9.21% of the sample failed in this study.


Where did these deadly heavy metals come from?

According to the report, the presence of heavy metals in vegetables has increased due to the use of pesticides and cultivation of wastewater or any kind of soil contamination.

This study requires a large-scale study to know more precise statistics, so that hot spots can be identified.


The study was started after the direction of Bhopal NGT

In the National Green Tribunal-Bhopal, Dr. Subhash Pandey had filed the petition. He said vegetables contain high levels of heavy metals. The NGTA later directed FSSAI in April 2017 to conduct the study.

About the plan::

This program is broadcast for children of six to eight standard.

With this sensible approach, the Chief Minister has recently given Rs. 10.3 lakh assistance has been sanctioned by the Chief Minister from the relief fund. The state government has made arrangements for the diagnosis and testing of the most serious diseases free of cost along with providing health services to the people at the end of the state.

22 services were made online of The rural people of Gujarat

The Gujarat government is going to launch a digital service bridge in the program. The aim is to simplify government work in this direction. Digital service bridge program will be started in 2700 villages out of 3500 villages of Gujarat and in 167 talukas. The service, which will start on October 8, will cover 8000 villages by December and will make 22 services digitally available. These 22 services include ration card, widow certificate, proof of temporary residence, proof of income.

Regarding this, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that an affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give the power of affidavit to Talati for these services. 3500 villages are to be placed on this platform, though 2700 villages have been included due to by-election work. Gujarat will be the only and first state in India to provide such service. 14000 gram panchayats will be phased out. All gram panchayats will be covered by next year. This is a total project of Rs 2,000 crore, in which 90 per cent of the cost is borne by the central government, and 10 per cent by the state government.

In remote rural areas of the state, it has been decided to start an innovative experiment of digital service bridge in the state using modern technology so that the public interest services of various departments of the government are available from the village level to the gram panchayat itself. Rural citizens do not have to rush to the taluka-district headquarters for day-to-day services or certificates, for example, time and round-trip vehicle rental costs are saved as well as a variety of services at the primary stage with prices that do not go wrong. It has been decided to



start in 2 thousand gram panchayats from next 5th October by covering Sevasetu. It is decided to cover more than 6000 gram panchayats in this digital service bridge by December 2020.



The most important thing in the digital service bridge is that connections will be provided through optical fiber network so that high speed internet of 100 MBPS is easily available in the villages of the state.

So far, 42 km panchayats of 27 districts have been covered by 31 km underground optical fiber network.

Not only that, every gram panchayat is connected to the state data center. Thus, the innovative concept of making the villages of Gujarat a mini secretariat has been adopted in this digital service bridge.

From now on, services like registration, enrollment or correction or getting duplicate ration card, income proof, senior citizen sample, criminal certificate, caste certificate only from the service center of gram panchayat service from gram panchayat office. You will get a nominal fee of Rs.

Arvind Kumar, Chairman, Centre for Chest Surgery and Director in Institute of Robotic Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, explains, “In COVID-19, the first purpose of the mask is to guard others from you. The secondary purpose is to guard yourself. In pollution , the sole purpose is to guard yourself. that's the elemental difference. In pollution, you would like to wash 100% of the air you're inhaling and what you're exhalation are often allowed to travel out back to the environment without resistance in order that you do not rebreathe your own air. except for COVID-19, you would like 100% filtration during exhalation and effective filtration during inhalation.With a valve mask, everything that you simply breathe through the mask is filtered, but once you exhale , the valve opens and allows unfiltered air to return out. So, if one is infected with COVID-19 and is wearing a valve mask, they're infecting others.”
