Uttar Pradesh Primary Shiksha Mitra Association has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court's decision.

The case of recruitment of 69000 Assistant Teachers of Uttar Pradesh has now reached the Supreme Court. The Uttar Pradesh Primary Shikshamitra Association has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court's decision. The Allahabad High Court order has accepted the rules of the UP government, which has cleared the way for recruitment, but the Shikshamitra Association is opposing the cut-off marks.

According to the news agency ANI, this petition was filed by Advocate Gaurav Yadav on behalf of Shikshamitra Association. The petition has sought a stay on the Allahabad High Court's decision. After the Allahabad High Court's decision, the way for the recruitment of assistant teachers in primary schools of UP has been cleared.

Actually, the whole controversy is about the recruitment exam number. The UP government has set minimum marks to pass the exam. The UP government has made it mandatory for members of the reserve category to bring at least 60 percent and for other categories candidates 65 percent. The whole controversy started about this matter and the matter reached the Allahabad High Court. This was the case in the court for a long time, and finally the Allahabad High Court, considering the decision of the UP government to be correct, ordered to complete the recruitment process within three months.

The result of this recruitment has also been declared on Tuesday. Result website atrexam.upsdc.gov.in. Can be seen after uploading. Let us know that the recruitment of 69000 Assistant Teachers was removed in 2018, but till now this vacancy has not been filled.
At the same time, after the Allahabad High Court, the matter has also reached the Supreme Court. The UP government has also imposed a cavity petition in the Supreme Court. The cavity petition is imposed so that the court does not issue any order in favor of the other petitioner without knowing their side.
